Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to sessions booked with Prozone Sports Academy, trading as Padel Zone. By booking a session you agree to them.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed once we confirm the date, time and venue with you.
• Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and depend on the programme and the city.
• Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrival does not extend the session.

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before your session. See the cancellation policy for details.

Taking part

• Padel is a physical activity. Tell your coach about any injury or medical condition before the session starts.
• Players under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian to book.
• Our venues are schools. Please follow venue rules and the directions of our staff while on site.
