About
A padel coaching academy with five courts across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Padel Zone is a padel coaching academy with courts in two cities: three at Al Ittihad Private School in Al Safa, Jumeirah, Dubai, and two at Muna British School on Sa’adiyat Street, Abu Dhabi.
We coach complete beginners, improving players, children and teens, and run women-only classes. Sessions run on weekday evenings from 4pm and through the day at weekends.
Every programme is structured. Beginners start with the rules, the underhand serve and playing off the glass, then build towards match play. Juniors are grouped by age and level, so nobody is thrown in too deep.
Padel Zone is operated by Prozone Sports Academy.
