Kids Padel Academy in Abu Dhabi

Padel suits children far better than most racket sports. The court is smaller, the serve is underarm, and the glass walls keep the ball in play — so rallies last long enough for a child to feel they are actually playing, not just chasing. Most of our juniors hit their first proper rally inside one session.

Every child at our Abu Dhabi academy is placed by age and level, never thrown into a group that is too strong or too slow for them. Coaches keep group sizes small so each player gets corrected, not just supervised.

Age groups

• Ages 5–7 — Mini padel. Coordination, racket control, short rallies and plenty of games.
• Ages 8–11 — Junior development. Serve, scoring, wall play and first competitive points.
• Ages 12–16 — Academy. Technique, tactics, match play and fitness for regular players.

Group sizes are kept small so every child gets individual correction in each session.

When sessions run

• Weekday evenings after school
• Weekend mornings
• School holiday camps on request

Parent questions

• Does my child need a racket? No. We provide junior rackets and balls for the first sessions.
• Has my child played before? It does not matter. Groups are set by level as well as age.
• Can parents watch? Yes. There is a viewing area beside the courts.
• What should they wear? Trainers with good grip, comfortable sports kit and a water bottle.
• How do we start? Message us with your child’s age and whether they have played. We will suggest a group and a trial time.
