Padel coaching in Dubai runs from our courts at Al Ittihad Private School in Al Safa, Jumeirah — three glass courts under floodlights, a few minutes from Al Wasl, Umm Suqeim and Business Bay.
Sessions are coach-led and grouped by level, which matters more in padel than in most sports. Put a first-timer on court with regular players and the rallies die in two shots; group them properly and the same beginner is playing real points within a session. That is the whole reason our Dubai programmes are split the way they are.
Whether you have never picked up a racket, played tennis for years and want to switch, or want your children in a structured junior programme, there is a Dubai group that fits. Every programme below runs at Al Safa, and every one starts with a free 45-minute trial.
Complete beginners make up most of our first-time bookings. Tennis and squash players usually move across fastest, because the hand-eye work transfers and only the wall play is new. Parents book the junior academy for after school and weekend mornings. Ladies classes run women-only in the evenings and at weekends.
