Our Abu Dhabi padel coaching runs at Muna British School on Sa’adiyat Street — two glass courts, floodlit, within easy reach of Sa’adiyat Island, Al Reem, Khalidiya and Al Bateen.
Padel is the fastest-growing racket sport in the UAE for a simple reason: it is quick to learn and almost impossible to play badly enough to stop enjoying it. The serve is underarm, the court is enclosed, and the walls keep the ball alive long after it would have been dead in tennis. What coaching adds is structure — the right grip, the right court position, and the confidence to use the glass instead of avoiding it.
Every Abu Dhabi programme below is grouped by age and level, so you are always on court with players at your pace. Each one starts with a free 45-minute trial session.
